The gallery floor space is approximately 6.5 meters wide x 10.5 meters long with 4 meters high walls and ceiling.
Artist or Art lovers renting TUTUI art space are responsible for managing their own hanging, setting, take-down, and all after-sales arrangements. Applicants must be well versed in contemporary art, keenly aware of new and emerging art practices. 15% commission is charged in addition to the rent. However, an additional cleaning fee may be charged if the gallery space is not left in good order ready for handover to the incoming exhibitor on the day of exit.
